The Cervantes Society of America (CSA) and the Asociación de Cervantistas (AC) are pleased to invite you to a joint conference at Princeton University, New Jersey (USA) from the 7th to the 9th of June of 2023. This historic event welcomes contributions on the transnational and trans-chronological understanding, adaptation, and exploration of the life and works of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra. Through its open and participatory platform, the meeting encourages a collaborative examination of the wide variety of individual and collective perspectives that integrate the rich, critical fabric dedicated to the author.  

Keynote Speakers

  • A limited number of traditional presentations (20 minutes), workshops and roundtables about Cervantes’ life and works.
  • Two General Assemblies for the AC membership.
  • Closing Dinner in Princeton on Friday, June 9th.




There are two options for lodging at Princeton for the nights of June 6, 7 8, and 9.

-The hotel Nassau Inn (located one block away from the university campus). The special conference rate (called the "SPO" rate) for a double room (queen or king) is $164.00/night. If you would like to take advantage of this rate, please make your reservations using this link 


The deadline to receive this rate is March 6, 2023.

-Residential Colleges: Single rooms will be available for $75.00/night for single occupancy and $67/night for shared occupancy.  Reservations can be made using the "Registration / Inscripción" link on this website (on the top right hand of this website).


The University has a useful visitor site with information on how to access our campus by air, bus, rail, or driving. 


Transportation to Princeton from New York City

We do not have any scheduled events in New York, but will provide a one-way charter bus service to Manhattan in the morning of Saturday, June 10th, to those who have registered for the conference and are interested.
